Mibox computer for digital signage

If your existing screens do not run WebOS or Android operating systems,
you will require a digital signage player (mini computer).
We recommend the MiBox player by Xiaomi, which is 4K HDR,
runs Android and comes with remote.
Simply plug this into your TV, plug into power and use your phone to connect to your venues Wi-Fi.

NOTE: You will need 2 x AAA batteries for the remote.

Mi Box player set up guide

As this is an Android device, you simply need a Google Account, and to download the 'Google Home' app on your phone. The setup is effortless.

Step A: Connect The Player
  1. Plug the HDMI cable from the Mi Box player to your TV.
  2. Plug power into your Mi Box player.
  3. Add 2 x AAA batteries not supplied into the supplied remote.
  4. On your phone, ensure you have the Google Home app installed and open
  5. On your phone, connect to the Wi-Fi you want to connect the player to (check for the SSID name of your Wi-Fi).
  6. Use the remote and your phone and follow instructions to use your phone to connect to your venues Wi-Fi.
  7. Login to your Google account.
  8. Once logged in, go to settings and name your device accordingly, for example "bar name - main bar screen". This will assist in later steps (especially if you have more than one screen).

Step B: Install The App
  1. In apps, search for 'Live Menu - Display' (by Crawl Media).
Alternatively, you can do this via your computer by visiting Google Play , clicking 'install on more devices' and selecting the new Mibox Player.
  2. Check that the app is installed - it can take around 10 minutes depending on your Wi-Fi.
  3. Open the app and enter the 'screen code' as supplied via your Beer Crawl account.
